Shipping policy

Trail-Max is packed in small, single-week batches and shipped fresh. This policy explains how and when your order ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you would like to order from outside the U.S., email info@trail-max.com and we will let you know when international shipping is available.

When your order ships

Because we pack in single-week batches rather than from long-term warehouse stock, ship timing follows our batch schedule:

  • Pre-orders: your payment method is charged the day your bag is packed, and the order ships shortly after. The pack week is printed on the front of every bag.
  • Subscriptions: each order ships on the cadence you selected (every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks). You will receive a heads-up before each charge.
  • In-stock orders: typically pack and ship within a few business days.

You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order. Orders above the threshold shown in your cart ship free. Any applicable rate is displayed before you pay.

Address accuracy and changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. You can update your address up until your batch is packed using the link in your order or subscription emails. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, but we will help you sort out any issue.

Delays, lost, or stolen packages

Once a package leaves us, transit times are handled by the carrier and can occasionally run late. If your tracking stalls, or a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, email info@trail-max.com and we will help resolve it.
