Specific co-packer details print on the back of every bag once we lock the supplier. The current shortlist is a 25-year private-label dry-roast facility in CT, a custom-blender in NJ, and a hand-blended employee-owned operation in NY. All three are USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project, and Kosher. None of them use oil roasting.

Tree-nut facility. We make four blends that contain almonds, walnuts, cashews, dark chocolate, and Montmorency tart cherries — plus blend-specific additions. The full allergen panel prints on every bag once the SKU is finalized. We're not finalizing labels on our website; the bag is the source of truth.

No. The website carries our best estimate based on ingredient ratios. The final FDA-compliant nutrition panel prints on the back of every bag. Once the first batch is packed in Q3 2026 we'll publish the verified panels here as well.
