We want every bag of Trail-Max to arrive bright and fresh. If it does not, we will make it right.
14-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are not happy with your first shipment for any reason, contact us at info@trail-max.com within 14 days of delivery and we will refund that order. Because our products are perishable food, you do not need to ship anything back. We may ask what fell short so we can improve future batches.
Damaged, incorrect, or quality issues
If a bag arrives damaged, incorrect, or tasting anything less than fresh, email us at info@trail-max.com with your order number and we will replace the item or refund it at your choice.
Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, your payment method is authorized but not charged until the day your bag is packed and shipped. You may cancel a pre-order at no charge any time before it is packed by contacting us or using the link in your order email.
Subscriptions
You can pause, skip, change cadence, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account or the link in any subscription email, with no phone call and no retention process. Cancelling stops future charges. A charge that has already been processed for a batch that has shipped is covered by the 14-day satisfaction guarantee above.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
